 Wine Dinner

We are excited to welcome Meghan Ball of Linne Calodo. Meghan is the assistant winemaker at this boutique winery in Paso Robles that specializes in rich, lush blends made from Rhone and other esoteric varietals. These are very small production wines that have developed a devoted following, and Linne Calodo is now considered one of the most revered wineries in the region. The dinner is scheduled for Tuesday April 17 at 6pm. Cost is $80 per person. Reservations required: 942.9100.

Every Tuesday we feature a new menu (in addition to our regular menu) of appetizer-sized items for you to try. These unique small plate selections are great to share and a fun way to try new things.

Spanish Marcona Almonds The ‘Queen of Almonds’, fried and salted, with sliced apple

avocado and orange salad with arugula, green olives, balsamic vinaigrette

mussels steamed with white wine, lemon, herbs and chili flakes

bangers & mash grilled Irish stout and onion sausage, potato puree, mustard sauce

flatbread smoked salmon with crème fraiche, caramelized onion and arugula

 

Dinner for Two

Our ‘Dinner for Two’ feature is a great four-course meal that includes a bottle of wine and is possibly the best dining value in Grand Rapids. Every month we create a new menu using the best seasonal ingredients:

First Course: Mozzarella in Carrozza (one order to share)

Second Course:
Marco Dinner Salad

Third Course:
Dijon-crusted pork tenderloin sweet potato hash and vegetable

Saffron risotto with shrimp, tomatoes and parmesan

Duck ragu braised with red wine, tomato and herbs, gemelli pasta

Fourth Course:
Caramel-bacon brownie sundae

Cherry Praline Bread Pudding
