Dear
Friends,
While on vacation
recently, (Chef) Mark took our son, Aidan, fishing. On
a warm, peaceful evening Aidan caught his first 'BIG' fish.
"What would you like to do with the fish?" Mark asked.
"Eat him!" Aidan replied. (He appreciates
delicious fresh fish). Mark continued to fish while
Aidan took watch over his catch. After a few minutes
Aidan said "Daddy, his name is Max (liked the name) Smalley
(he's a Small Mouth Bass) Hook (caught him with one).

Next thing you know Aidan created great stories of Max and
his adventures below. By the time
they returned to the cottage Aidan announced his request to
release him. Max was no longer a fish - he was a
friend.
It was a magical night in which a friend was made and
a 'Legend' born. We're convinced that Max Smalley Hook
is
swimming with his buddies still bragging about how he 'got
away'!
We hope

cuisine. All month
we will celebrate with a Three-Course
French inspired meal served with a glass of wine.
On Sat. Oct. 25 mark will offer a French food and wine demo.
